Certificate of Successful Completion of the Mission "Study on the Organization and Functioning of Commercial Justice in Tunisia"

Ms. Najet Brahmi was selected for the mission on the reform of commercial justice in Tunisia within the framework of the joint program “Improving the Functioning, Performance, and Access to Justice in Tunisia (AP-JUST)”, co-financed by the European Union and the Council of Europe, and implemented by the latter.

Given the outstanding quality of her CV, reflecting both high-level academic and practical expertise, Ms. Najet Brahmi was appointed as the coordinating expert for the mission.

The mission began in early July 2020 and consisted of three phases: planning, fieldwork, and drafting of the final report. Ms. Najet Brahmi demonstrated great dedication and diligence throughout the execution of the mission, and the final report has recently been submitted for final validation to the Tunisian authorities.

 

The Council of Europe expresses its full satisfaction regarding the successful execution of the mission by Ms. Najet Brahmi.
